I'm sorry but the whole Japanese luch segment was a travesty. First of all Konyaku is made of a Japanese mountain yam/potato. Secondly, the guy said it was "dashi" which is a type of stock made of fugus, dried fish, and kelp...and then said that was fermented tuna spine. What a clown 😤😤🤭😓😓
